We have worked with ProAktive (previously Atkinson Smith) since 2011. They currently service all of our Emploee Benefits.

The service provided by ProAktive has benefited both the company as a whole, and also our workforce. The feedback we have had from employees who have attended individual meetings is very positive, in both the ease of understanding of their pension situation but also in the general message surrounding the benefits we offer. This message has come not only from staff at Head Office, but also from individuals throughout the UK. As far as the company is concerned, the recent death in service review has resulted in a considerable reduction in costs.

As a results of our dealings with ProAktive our benefits are received in a much more positivemanner and Employee contributions have increased due to renewed interest and understanding.
